Implement GetArmoredWithCustomHeaders (#48)

* Implement GetArmoredWithCustomHeaders

ArmorWithTypeAndCustomHeaders can be reused by other PGP armoured
objects.

* Update linting, and lint accordingly

`godot` has been improved and `goerr113` has been added (and ignored
here).

* Add custom headers for keys

* Minor comment changes
