In pgpMessage.SeparateKeyAndData(), the parsing would
ignore AEAD encrypted data packets. Which would result
in a split message with a nil data packet.
We add support for AEAD encrypted data packets.
This also affects `NewPGPSplitMessageFromArmored` and `NewPGPSplitMessage`.
