Fix a bug introduced by commit 5a02cb7 .

- In that commit, the "delete password" in the edit view would be disabled by the presence of the "password length slider".

- the slider appears after clicking "generate"
- the slider goes away after clicking a non-password-related section
- generate new password if the slider value changes
