Move to Swift Package Manager disregarding Cocoapods ( #496 )
...
* Build as many dependencies as possible with SPM.
* Xcworkspace is no longer needed.
* Collecting coverage information does unfortunately cause linking errors in Base32. So it is disabled for now.
