Danny Mösch	032436fa70	Move to Swift Package Manager disregarding Cocoapods (#496) ... * Build as many dependencies as possible with SPM. * Xcworkspace is no longer needed. * Collecting coverage information does unfortunately cause linking errors in Base32.
